This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 24, 2009:
Power is excellent health in mind and body. Discipline feeds power. Power feeds discipline. And they both come from the Will.
We are all magnets. Life for us is what we draw... and how we draw it. Draw yourself a good one.

Sun,
Certainly health in mind and body makes the vehicle accessible for use in powerful ways. Power may be overt, as in physical or mental, or more subtle, which requires not physical strength or mental agility at all - just purity of heart, purity of intent, willingness to channel - or surrender to the ways of power.
Discipline is important, especially in the content of our thoughts. That is harder to do these days because the media pours so much stuff into the mental realm and not all of it is desirable.
I'm not sure how power feeds discipline and the will, while it can be an important tool in normal earthly living, is not the source of the Power that I understand.
Yes, we are all magnets. We attract according to the content of our inner most selves and our outer expressions of thought and emotion. It would be good; if more people believed that.
The choice, as you indicate, is always ours - what kind of life we wish to draw.
Peace & Blessings -
Deb
