                              YOU TURN EVERYTHING INTO LIGHT      

You turn everything into Light, regardless of the nature of the incoming energy. 

Negative people and their cold electricity are electricity, nonetheless.  These "dark clouds" can be utilized to pump your soul when you redirect anger and hatred into beauty and love.  You claim shit energy like it's yours to fertilize your flowers. 

You literally use the light of others, whether dim or bright. 

If they are going to throw their spirit around them wherever they go--attitude that gives them a sense of false pride--then you are going to swallow this attitude, and alter it inside your vibrating center.  Let it bubble over in ecstatic hues, love with a fine sense of humor.

By the same token, if they are golden lights shining within society, confident and healthy looking people with an easy smile, their energy is reflected--a beautiful mirror of yourself--as soon as it is swallowed.

It does not matter what the color of the energy is, it just needs to be strong.  It's a generator, and whether it is cruel or loving, it's hot. 

It's energy, and energy is constantly moving.  It does not rest.  The more it moves, the more heat it creates.

The more a person loves, the more heat will be created.

The more a person hates, the more heat will be created.

Energy does not have a preference.  Energy is energy, and the more it is expressed, the hotter its intensity becomes. 

People have a lot of energy, especially when they are passionate about something.  The more we allow our emotions to run the gamut on display--up and down, happy-sad, up and down--announcing at every step our presence, the more we risk burning out.  Too much energy!

Humans need rest.  As we are all balls of abundant energy, we are constantly ON.  Even when we sleep, most of us dream.  The energy seems to never cease, so it is beneficial we remain calm, and leave the gamut of emotions in the past where our innocence reigns.

Stay calm, do sigh, relax and swallow.  Turn all the energy around you into Light.
